Today on 20:35:56, I had a bad experience with one of the telecom operator named esia (and I’m sure that my friends too). For short explanation, esia has a promotion for the call that was over one hour, the customer can get a “talk time” bonus of Rp 2,200.00. So, in addition, it only cost me Rp 1,100.00 to call over one hour (+ the extra minute I used). But today….. When I almost reached one hour conversation (on minute 59:40), suddenly there was “buzzing” noise and the phone call had just ended. <WHAT THE HECK!!!>

I often see other blogs and articles about esia’s “misleading” and some sort of “conspiracy” to manipulate those “talk time” bonus. I, myself, had this experience for more than 3 (three) times. It’s unfortunate that esia (bakrie telecom) has to cheat on it’s customers. If the reason is the signal strength and some network problem, why did I experience it for so many times?! (all happened on minute 59). I fell dissapointed that esia did the thing which I called “public misleading”. Let you guys decide it…. (T_T <– lost Rp 2,200.00)
