right click on the file then click on properties
–Under properties change build action to none.
save – recompile
then change it back to what it was and recompile again

Funcionó para mi…Me gustaría hacer una traducción al español (de la solución) en mi comentario:

Los cuatro pasos son:
1: Mover la forma ‘xxx’ del proyecto (Muevanla a otro proyecto auxiliar, pero conservenla, en el artículo dice borrar, pero no la borren muevanla solamente.)

2: Recompilar el proyecto (sin la forma “xxx”)

3: Guardar la solución

4: Agregar la forma ‘xxx’ del proyecto auxiliar al proyecto real.

5: Recompilar

En ocasiones cuando uno copia la forma el VS genera una copia llamada “Copy of xxx”, esa hay que borrarla antes de recompilar por primera vez.

Something to add it’s that when you copy the form Vs creates a file called “Copy of xxx”, that file has to be deleted before rebuild the first time.
