Today, officially Indonesia has blocked Rapidshare and Youtube webs. Some pros and contras were sounded by all Indonesian IT practicians. Not to discuss that point, I just want to introduce some tricky way to enable (at least to make it visible to you) that blocked webs. So far, I learn about 2 (two) things to do it. Let me explain it.
First, use translate utility supported by google. You can see it here. Then you just easily type that blocked URL and select ANY (could be Spanish, Chinese, etc) to English. Simply click on Translate. There you go!
Second one is to use some method called redirection. This is used to hide your presence to a web you discover. You can use these 2 (two) sites I and Will (The Master lol) found on Anonymouse and Hide-X. Write your web to redirect, wait for about 5 seconds when it creates a redirection path, and viola… You get in to it. <I dont’ know how long it works since there are some possibilities that these redirection pages is being blocked too.. Just imagine if they blocked GOOGLE…-.-a>
Happy surfing. Remember, the web is not a criminal… The people who abuse it are criminals.
Just now, I accidentally deleted my Recycle Bin icon on my Vista desktop. It happens so fast when I right-clicked the icon and attempted to empty my recycle bin. I didn’t see it clearly anymore. I just saw the word “Delete” (though it should be “Empty Recycle Bin” to do what it must be done.) and I clicked it. And actually it prompted me about something but I didn’t even notice it to click ‘Yes’.
From that point, I realize that I have delete the icon. It’s easy to show it again (don’t tell me you don’t have that competence..^^). But one thing for sure, the “Delete” is annoying.
To make sure that it doesn’t happen to me anymore, I created this registry entry to change the “Delete” with “Search…”, check it out.
Oh yeah, I made a registry entry to undo your changes. Hereby, I attach those files. Enjoy

At last I can have my time to write it to all of you how to manage the Posiflex CR4000 Type Cash Drawer so it can automatically open when I end my transaction. The fact is that CR4000-variant accept some code (called ESCAPE Command) from printer to fullfil its function based on needs. You’ll see some documentation here. To kick-out the drawer, You have to send some string (comes in ASCII) to your printer and just connect the cash drawer to your printer with its 6 pins RJ-11 connector. Automatically the printer will send the string that has an ESCAPE prefix (ASCII 27) to the RJ connection.
I use this VB.NET 2005 code to do the task:
‘trigger string to open CD based on ESCAPE COMMAND
Dim drawer As String = Chr(27) & “p” & Chr(0) & Chr(20) & Chr(20)
RawPrinterHelper.SendStringToPrinter(pd.PrinterSettings.PrinterName, drawer)
Thanx to my friend, Oyong-sama, that provide the function to write string to printer^^V.
Enjoy…
Flashing My N70 Standard
Actually I don’t have any problem with my N70 phone, but I just want to upgrade my firmware to N70 Music Edition’s firmware. I got a lot of programs to do this flashing procedure, but I found that Phoenix software is the best flashing I ever used.
- First, let me explain some terms related to this subject:
You must know that this flashing procedure will DELETE all your data in your phone memory. So, before doing this, you must backup your data by using any backup software like Nokia PC Suite or using the one I used, ProBackUp(probackupstf2.sis) ~ You can get it here
- You will need this software
a. Nokia Diego 3.07
b. Phoenix 2006 + Installation Dongle Crack + Run-time Dongle Crack
- You have to delete all Nokia-related software (If U use NPC Suite to backup your data, then you must copy your backup image first to a safe location^^)
- Clean out all Nokia related entries in your registry.
- Install Nokia Diego, that’s done by double-clicking the file Nokia Diego 3.07 Sp2.msi.
- Now on with the tricky part…. We will now install Phoenix, and this takes some tricks and you need to be a bit careful about what you’re doing, otherwise you won’t succeed.
a. Start the Phoenix installation by double-clicking the phoenix service installer file.
b. After a while you will get an error dialog box telling you that installation can’t continue without a dongle.
c. Do not click any of the buttons in that dialog yet!
d. Now, start the installation dongle crack by double-clicking the file.
e. Just start it, do not click that “Install” button yet!
f. Here comes the part that needs some special attention. To explain it; the crack consists of a couple off dll files that makes Phoenix believe that there is a dongle attached. The installer has the original files locked at this point, so they cannot be replaced. This is what makes this step a little tricky. When the “Try again” button in the installer is clicked, the files are released, and can be replaced before the dongle test is made again.
g. Check the crack installer window so that the “Destination folder” really points to your Windows’ System32 directory. If it doesn’t, edit the line in the window. (If you don’t know what and where that is, you should definitely not even try to install this piece of software since you won’t have the competence to use it anyway.)
h. Click the Phoenix installer’s “Try again” button.
i. Within 1-2 seconds, click the crack installer’s “Install” button.
j. If the installation did not continue, and you get the “Dongle not found” dialog box popping up again, then you were not quick enough in step 6.f, or you didn’t get the “Destination folder” right.. So, you will have to go back to step 6.f.
- At some point, the installer component root.exe would like to use your network connection. I haven’t seen any problems with that, and frankly I don’t know what it really wants to check. Anyway, if you have your Windows Firewall active, it will confirm U. I just allowed it, I haven’t even tried denying it to see if it makes any difference.
- You must reboot at this point, do not wait, and do absolutely not try to start any of the Nokia applications! The installation continues after reboot.
- After the reboot, all the Phoenix DLL files will be registered with your system before your normal desktop comes up, it take a little while.
- During the DLL registration, the installer will complain twice that it can’t find the DESkey (that’s the dongle code). Just click “OK” in these two boxes, and everything will be fine..
- When this is ready, your normal desktop should show up. Do not try to start Phoenix yet!
- Now it’s time to install the Phoenix run-time crack, this must be done to be able to start the application. Double-click the Nokia Phoenix 2006 – Run-time dongle-crack.exe file. Check that the “Destination folder” is pointing to the correct location, if not, correct the path. Then press the “Install” button.
- Installation done!
- Double-click the Phoenix icon on your desktop to start the application. You should now be presented with a login box, press “Maintain” to add a user.
- You’re done installing Phoenix software as your flashing software. Ooops, we don’t finished here. Now, U must find your latest firmware package like mine here. Install your new firmware.
- Then, U just plug your phone using DKU-2 without your external memory and SIM card in it, let your computer search and install your phone driver.
- Start phoenix, Select File/Manage Connections choose USB, Select File/Scan Product, Operating Mode: Local, Flashing/SW update, point to your new firmware.
- Note: If you have a ‘dead phone’, just checked the ‘Dead Phone’ checkbox
- Start! Wait for ~10 minutes, and you’re done.
Hope this can help^^V.
My Windows Installer recently stopped working and I have downloaded
“WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86″ when attempting to run it, it gives me the
message “setup could not verify the integrity of the file update.inf. Make
sure the Cryptographic service is running on this computer.”
It might be caused by a bug made on Windows XP SP1. I have already attempted cryptographic service fix (xp_cryptofix) but still didn’t allows the windows installer to succeed. I tried system restore but
all I got was “system restore is not able to protect your computer. Please restart your computer, and then run system restore again” but restart yielded the same message.
Last and helpful, I use this Dial-a-fix software. Try to run this software and I hope you make it ^^.
